Our meetings are at 7:30 am on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at Mt. Zion AME Church, 420 NE 33 St., Oakland Park, Florida. Join us and see how a small group of committed citizens can make big differences for children, young and old, in our community. Our dues are $160.00 per year, but prorated depending when you join. Our fiscal year begins on October 1 and ends on September 30th. Please contact our Membership Coordinator, Dennis Buchta at [email protected] or [email protected]. At this morning's regular meeting of the Oakland Park Kiwanis Club, outgoing President Dennis Buchta recognized Bill Tobias for his outstanding and ongoing service as Club Secretary. Dennis had previously recognized the club's other officers at an earlier meeting.
We extend our sincere appreciation to Bill Tobias, Marylou Adams, and Evi Profili for their dedication, commitment, and the many hours they generously devote to supporting our Kiwanis Club and its mission of serving the community.
Thank you for your leadership, hard work, and service. Your efforts help make our club stronger and more effective in making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Members of the Oakland Park Kiwanis brought a little October and Halloween cheer to the residents of Treemont Assisted Living in Oakland Park! Our members delivered a delicious assortment of Halloween-themed desserts and treats to brighten the residents’ day and bring smiles to their faces. 👻🧁
A special thank-you to Morningday Community Solutions for generously donating several packs of adult nutritional drinks for the residents. Your kindness and support are greatly appreciated!
It’s amazing how a few sweet treats and thoughtful gestures can make someone’s day a little brighter.
