Join Oakland Park Kiwanis. We’re neighbors helping neighbors — supporting kids, strengthening families, and building a better community through hands‑on service and local projects.

We pack weekly food bags for students to take home, purchase learning materials for our local schools, crochet and sew blankets and pillowcases for children in hospitals, provide books for summer reading, give third‑graders a dictionary, provide monthly treats to an assisted living home and even help keep our waterways clean.

Oakland Park Kiwanis: Supporting Students and Community

The Oakland Park Kiwanis club has made a meaningful impact by purchasing bilingual dictionaries for students at Northeast High School. Many students enter our schools without strong English language skills, and providing them with resources is essential to their success. To address this need, our club was delighted to supply Spanish, Creole, and French bilingual dictionaries, giving students valuable tools to help them excel.

Working alongside an organization that consistently supports young people in our community is truly rewarding. We extend heartfelt thanks to Oakland Park Kiwanis for their generosity and dedication to helping students.
